KastorFlow has a Free plan. Pro costs $7 a month, or $3.99 a month billed yearly ($47.88). Pro+ costs $7.99 a month, or $4.99 a month billed yearly ($59.88). Prices are in US dollars.

Billing FAQ

Plans and billing

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Install KastorFlow, sign in, and choose Get Pro or Get Pro+ from any paid tool or from Plan & usage in Settings. Payment is handled by Dodo Payments; your card details never reach KastorFlow.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Everything you already made stays, including published podcast episodes; only new paid actions are blocked.

What if a renewal payment fails?

Your plan stays on through the payment provider's grace period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, your account moves to Free.

Do failed runs count against my monthly limits?

No. A run is counted when it starts and given back if it imports nothing, for example a YouTube import where no video lands or a video frame capture that fails.

Do I need my own AI API key on any plan?

No. AI features run on keys KastorFlow manages on every plan. There is no key to paste and no third-party account to create.

What are published podcast minutes?

The total length of the episodes live in your podcast feed at one time. Unpublishing an episode gives its minutes back. Generating, listening and downloading don't use minutes.
